Most of you must have encountered vast array of HDD problems including and not limited to broken, failed to detect etc etc If you have valuable data please do not experiment with it as you will completely loose everything with one wrong move Just take it to a professional data recovery person Secondly do not leave it unattended and get it repaired in front of your own eyes otherwise some ill minded can attempt to copy your data before returning it you. 

You must have  searched and tried many options by now but simple answer is:   Its a hardware fault in Samsung Phones and there is no other option except to get the screen replaced or change the phone without wasting time.   Its the only and practical solution.
